How Does The Order Tracker Work?

Our Order Tracker is a tool Unique to ordering with Kennel Crew! It is our hub for all information pertaining to your Order Status, from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives on your doorstep.

At the top of our Order Tracker is an Updates Banner with estimated production status and general notifications of any delays, as well as our reachable office hours.

Once you place your order you will receive an Order Number attached to your invoice. Using this number you will be able to locate your line on the Order Tracker. Here you will find a link to your Digital Proof once it is available, as well as Shipment Tracking, and Final Product Images of your items.

Refunds, returns, exchanges

At the moment we do not offer any Refunds for orders placed in our stated Production timeframe. If your order goes beyond the stated Production Date on your invoice you may request a refund as granted by your Consumer Protection Rights. 

We do accept Returns, however the product must be in new condition and a restock fee applies. Compensation will only be issued in store credit.

We do not accept Exchanges.

Wholesale & bulk orders

Did you know we offer discounts for Wholesale and Bulk Ordering? If you are interesting in stocking Kennel Crew products in your store please send us a message for Wholesale Rates! 

Our Bulk Order Discount is a great deal for individuals or programs looking to order multiple items of the same design! The discount applies to orders of 6 or more products that have the same embroidery design. Thread/fabric color and sizing may vary.

Item Care Guide

All of our items are Hand Wash only. To clean your items, gently spot clean with diluted dish soap and a damp rag as needed. Please do not put your items in a machine dryer, Air Dry only.
